  • Recording and summarizing financial transactions
  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Preparing different reports based on the accounting data- required by local management or by the Group
  • Assisting with accounts payable and receivable management
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters
  • Identifying and reporting any financial discrepancies or irregularities
  • Make payment proposals and communicate the bank account balances to Chief accountant
  • Prepare a sales report with the amounts cashed in at client level
  • Prepare confirmation reports with suppliers
  • Issue invoices for clients in accordance with Romanian Accounting Standards
  • Prepare reports required by banks
  • Check the trial balance from Saga with the one from Axapta
  • Send notifications to the clients for unpaid amounts, follow-ups and provide any clarification where necessarily
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations

Accounting software used: Axapta and Saga


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
  • Knowledge of tax laws and regulations
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
  • Experience with general ledger functions
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the dynamic nature of accounting and finance
  • Strong knowledge of English language
